I just returned from a road trip to Atlanta. McDonalds is always my oasis. Driving I-75 or the turnpike, I look for the Golden Arches.Great place for potty breaks.Great place for Diet Coke.Great place for food. But more than anything, it's that piece of home from town to town, state to state that comforts me.I've been to McDonalds in every country I've visited, and every state. It's home away from home.Thank you, Golden Arches.Labels: Golden arches, I-75, McDonalds, traveling

I used to love Mickey "D"s but not so any more - I will say they still have the best fries. I hear what you are saying about them being the same wherever you go but I can't take their hamburgers any more. Sorry Rach :o) Love ya
